什么是持续关注信？（What is a Letter of Continued Interest?）
继续关注信是一种额外的书面通信形式，由被列入候补名单或推迟入学的学生发送给大学的招生办公室，以申辩他们的情况，重申他们对入学的兴趣，并希望增加他们被录取的机会。
对于大多数学校来说，继续关注信并不是一项要求，但许多学生在没有被他们的首选学校录取时选择发信。这封信可能会也可能不会导致录取，但如果你被列入候补名单或推迟录取，通常建议你向学校发信，告知他们你仍然有兴趣上他们的大学。
一些学校，如圣母大学有专门的门户网站，你可以很容易地提交更新，包括继续感兴趣的信，他们建议在整个申请和等待名单期间保持更新。
其他学校，如耶鲁大学，可能会接受一封这种信件，但要求你只给他们发送一封更新信，而不发送其他成绩更新、电子邮件或卡片。
